Upon returning to my room early Sunday morning, I found a sheet of paper placed on my bed that stated that the water was going to be turned off from 1145pm Sunday until 5am the next day and for 4 days following that. Room Service is only open from 6am until 1pm. The Bell Desk attendants were not very helpful or friendly either. I did get help from 2 Gentlemen at the Concierges Desk. The 2 ladies at the Concierge Desk were rude and a Valet Attendant was rude. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, the TV needs to be worked on as it keep going off while watching a movie. I did not even have any housekeeping service on Friday, which resulted in me called housekeeping. They were remodeling the upper rooms an not one time was it even mentioned during the check in process. I get to my room an the next morning all I hear is a load noise coming from the floors above me. My card was charged 3 times instead of 2. The front desk agent ran my card twice and then it declined which resulted in me calling my bank and getting the mess fixed. A rendering of the soon-to-be renamed Versailles Tower, left, which will be annexed by Paris Las Vegas from the Horseshoe, where it was known as the Jubilee Tower. ![]() It doesn't work, not user friendly and after the trouble I went to, I had to go to the Front Desk to heck in.
